In the demanding environments of petroleum extraction and processing, selecting the right conduit is critical for operational safety and efficiency. Our petroleum grade stainless welded conduit is engineered to withstand corrosive fluids, extreme pressures, and fluctuating temperatures typical in upstream and midstream applications. As a premium Oil and gas sector welded stainless steel tube, this product provides a reliable connection system for downhole instrumentation, hydraulic control lines, and chemical injection. The Stainless welded tubing for petroleum industry is manufactured using fully automated welding processes, ensuring uniform bead profiles and unmatched burst strength. For large-scale infrastructure, Pipeline pipe for oil and gas transmission demands continuous reliability, and our welded conduit meets those demands with high-cycle fatigue resistance. As a specialized Gas delivery stainless steel welded pipe, it is optimized for low-permeation gas flow and maintains structural integrity under high-vibration conditions.
Petroleum grade stainless welded conduit represents the pinnacle of precision tubing for the energy sector. It is fabricated from vacuum-degassed, ultra-low-carbon austenitic stainless steel, primarily grades UNS S30403 (304L) and UNS S31603 (316L), with optional duplex UNS S32205 for enhanced chloride stress corrosion cracking resistance. The longitudinal seam welds are performed using orbital GTAW (gas tungsten arc welding) without filler metal, producing a fully penetrated, smooth internal bead that minimizes flow turbulence and particle entrapment. Post-weld annealing is conducted in controlled-atmosphere furnaces to restore full corrosion resistance and eliminate sensitization. Every coil and straight length is subjected to inline eddy current testing to ASTM E309 and hydrostatically tested to 1.5 times the rated working pressure. The internal surface finish is available down to Ra 0.4 µm (15 µ-in) to reduce biofilm formation and improve cleanability for instrument gas or chemical additive lines. This product is fully traceable, with heat numbers laser-engraved on each length, and it is supplied with 3.1 material certificates per EN 10204.
