Mega Diameter Stainless Welded Steel Pipe is produced through longitudinal or spiral submerged arc welding processes followed by full-body post-weld heat treatment and rigorous non-destructive testing. The product line covers diameters from 40 inches up beyond 120 inches with wall thicknesses capable of satisfying high-pressure ASME code designs. Material grades extend from 304/304L and 316/316L to duplex 2205 and super duplex 2507, providing exceptional resistance to chloride pitting and stress corrosion cracking in marine, chemical, and power generation environments. Each length can be supplied with beveled or plain ends, in single random up to 12-meter lengths, or joined into longer pipe strings under controlled shop conditions to reduce on-site weld counts.
