Large-scale infrastructure and industrial systems demand piping solutions that can handle extreme volumes, pressures, and corrosive environments without compromise. Our portfolio covers every extreme size requirement, including Super Large Bore Stainless Welded Tube for municipal water mains, Ultra Wide Diameter Welded Stainless Pipe for chemical transfer lines, Giant Caliber Stainless Steel Welded Tubing for structural columns and caissons, and Oversize Wide Bore Welded Stainless Tube for ventilation and exhaust stacks. Each product is fabricated from premium austenitic, duplex, or super duplex stainless steel, using advanced submerged arc welding (SAW) or plasma arc welding (PAW) processes to create full penetration joints with exceptional mechanical integrity. Tighter ovality and wall thickness tolerances than industry norm are achieved through post-weld sizing and rigorous ultrasonic inspection. All pipe spools receive pickling and passivation as standard, ensuring a completely clean, corrosion-resistant surface ideal for potable water, desalination brine, oil and gas, and power plant circulating water applications. The combination of heavy wall capabilities up to 60 mm and outside diameters reaching 120 inches makes these products suitable for buried, subsea, and above-ground installations where low lifecycle cost and zero leakage are non-negotiable.
The Huge Caliber Welded Stainless Steel Pipe represents the pinnacle of large-bore pipe manufacturing, specifically engineered for projects where conventional diameters fall short. Fabrication begins with hot-rolled or cold-rolled stainless steel plate that is edge-prepared, rolled into a cylindrical form, and then longitudinally or spirally welded using multi-pass techniques that completely fuse the base metal. Inside and outside weld beads are ground flush to create a smooth profile that minimizes flow turbulence and prevents solids accumulation. On request, we provide full weld radiography and positive material identification (PMI) reports for every heat number. Dimensional controls are maintained within ±0.5% of nominal outside diameter, and straightness deviations are limited to 0.2% of the length. This product is available in grades TP304/304L, TP316/316L, 317L, 321, 347, duplex 2205, and super duplex 2507, each supplied with EN 10204 3.1 or 3.2 certification. Hydrotesting up to 15,000 psi can be performed in our facility, and custom ends including bevels, flanges, and Victaulic grooves are standard value-added services. Whether building a seawater intake header, a penstock for a hydroelectric plant, or a high-capacity firewater ring main, this pipe delivers the pressure rating, corrosion resistance, and dimensional stability required by modern engineering specifications.
